Job Description:

As Senior Manager of Data & Analytics Strategy, you'll report to the Director, Data & Analytics Strategy. You'll provide analytics solutions and measurement strategies for client programs, transforming complex data into clear, applicable insights that support business growth. As an individual contributor, you'll focus on the intersection of CRM, loyalty, and promotions. You'll collaborate with teams to implement measurement frameworks, build analytics projects, and deliver reporting and data-driven recommendations. These efforts will strengthen client performance.

You will offer the opportunity to contribute to analytics plans while supporting client relationships, ensuring the data strategy aligns with client goals to create meaningful impact on how global brands connect with their customers.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Analytics Delivery & Client Support

You will implement measurement strategies and reporting that align with client goalsYou will participate in client meetings to document program goals, define goals and identify data-driven opportunitiesYou will present complex findings in clear, applicable ways that promote decision-making

Analytics Execution & Project Management

You will implement analytics projects from problem identification through solution deliveryYou will brief technical analytics work by offshore and third-party teamsConduct data analysis using statistical techniques to analyze experiments and user behaviorIdentify gaps and challenges in data collection and develop viable approaches to address them

Measurement & Innovation

You will provide subject matter expertise in measurement, analysis, and data-driven solutionsYou will develop learning agendas that identify opportunities to use data to inform new marketing tacticsYou will support progress in experimental design and marketing testing programsYou will partner with other disciplines to refine and support recommendations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (STEM, Business, Finance, or Marketing)3+ years of experience in analytics/data science delivering campaign measurement, predictive analytics, and applicable insightsExperience querying large datasets and using big data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks)Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Braze) and CDP tools (Hightouch, Amplitude)Expertise in loyalty analytics, A/B testing, and marketing experimentsFamiliar with predictive modeling and machine learning libraries (NumPy, scikit-learn)Proficient in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard/report buildingKnowledge of digital marketing analytics (Amplitude, Adobe, Google Analytics)Bonus: AI-driven efficiency and advanced analytics

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375 annually. We base placement within the salary range on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
