Senior Manager, Demand Generation

With over $5 billion in revenue and almost 20,000 employees in 600 offices throughout North America, HUB has grown substantially, in part due to our industry leading success in mergers and acquisitions. **Position Overview:** As the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you will be the driving force behind establishing a high-impact Demand Generation Program. This strategic role is pivotal in generating leads, nurturing leads, increasing win rates and shortening the sales cycle through personalized content and multi-channel engagement strategies. Stepping into this role, you will have the unique opportunity to establish and evolve our Demand Generation Program, marking a significant contribution to our team's capabilities and our company's overall success story. ​ **Key Responsibilities:** 1) Precise Buyer Understanding: a) Analyze buyer journey stages and preferences. b) Develop clear stage identification and scoring models in collaboration with our Marketing Analytics team. 2) Digital Journeys & Journey Mapping: a) Develop comprehensive and automated digital journeys to guide prospects efficiently through the sales funnel in collaboration with our Digital Marketing team. 3) Personalization & Multi-Channel Demand Generation and Engagement Strategies: a) Work in conjunction with cross-functional marketing Centers of Excellence to: i) Craft tailored content and messages based on buyer personas and segmentation. ii) Employ a mix of channels such as email marketing, social media, webinars, content marketing, and targeted digital paid media. iii) Implement SEO strategies supporting lead and demand generation. iv) Lead efforts to establish intent monitoring capabilities. 4) Qualification with Business Development Reps (BDRs): a) Identify high-potential leads and nurture them through the funnel. b) Create process for seamless handoff to the sales team. 5) Oversight of follow up by sales organization: a) Partner with sales to develop process, set conversion benchmarks throughout the funnel stages, and report on results to senior leadership across sales and marketing. **What's Required:** 1) Lead Scoring Framework: a) Develop a system to prioritize leads for effective allocation of resources. 2) Content Strategy & Playbook: a) Define content themes and types for various stages of the buyer's journey. 3) Performance Metrics: a) Establish clear benchmarks and KPIs (e.g. real-time reporting for monitoring and optimization.) 4) Marketing Automation: a) Leverage existing MarTech stack to implement seamless lead tracking and personalized messaging. b) Identify areas where MarTech gaps exist and work cross-functionally to evaluate the marketplace and determine the best tool(s) to fill those gaps. 5) CRM Enhancement: a) Ensure a unified view of leads and their interactions. b) Enable lead scoring, account scoring, data enrichment, and segmentation. 6) Intent Monitoring & Activation: a) Establish intent monitoring strategies and technology to act on real-time buyer signals. b) Develop and refine processes to engage and nurture leads based on their intent and increase conversion rates or accelerate sales. 7) Cross-Functional Collaboration: a) Align marketing, sales, and BDR teams around streamlined processes, shared KPIs and collective goals to ensure all teams are synchronized. Including, but not limited to, conversion benchmarks throughout the funnel. b) Conduct regular alignment meetings to ensure every team is updated on the campaigns in market, results and opportunities for process improvements. c) Engage with specialists across the Marketing Center of Excellence (brand, content, social, paid media, marketing automation, digital, analytics, etc.) to leverage their expertise. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. + Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing automation with proven success in partnering with aB2B sales organization. + Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. + Exceptional project management and leadership abilities. + Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Dynamics Customer Insights, Eloqua) + Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce). + Prior Implementation of Intent Signal tools (e.g. Bombora, 6Sense) preferred + Successful track record of piloting and implementing AI. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work across all levels of leadership and bringing together leaders across functions and departments **JOIN OUR TEAM** Do you believe in the power of innovation, collaboration, and transformation?  Do you thrive in a supportive and client focused work environment?  Are you looking for an opportunity to help build and drive change in a rapidly growing and evolving organization?  When you join **HUB International** , you will be part of a community of learners and doers focused on our Core Values: entrepreneurship, teamwork, integrity, accountability, and service. _Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
