Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of a small team of associates. Set goals and objectives, assist with professional development by providing coaching, identify growth opportunities.
- Responsible for leading engagements from late stage opportunities to through successful delivery in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, commercial commitments, customer expectations, and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of work related to various digital solutions including but not limited to Web, Mobile, Social, RPA, AI, ML, and Advanced Analytics solutions within one or more field operations.
- Interact with internal stakeholders both within and outside of immediate team to achieve results and drive and execution vision and goals of the team.
- Interact with internal and external customers.
- Provide issues/risks identification and resolution.
- Develop detailed project schedules coordinating multiple parties to deliver projects on time or early and at or under budget.
- Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study required.
- 7-10 years related experience required.
- Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.- Technical Project Management including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource management.- Experience effectively managing a team of both direct and dotted-line reports.- Experience in solution design including RFP analysis, crafting resource models, project schedules, documenting assumptions, risks and risk mitigations, and preparing presentations for Digital leadership review.- Outstanding written and oral communication.Preferred Skills Experience:- PMP or related Certification- Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma and related Certification
