Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (Hudson Yards Experiences)
Responsibilities The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will play a critical role in the day-to-day management of the paid and owned digital platforms across HYE products. This individual will develop, implement, manage and measure campaign efforts across online channels inclusive of email, paid media, ecommerce & website, with the goal of generating ticket sales revenue for Edge, Vessel & City Climb. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and optimization across digital channels. Reporting directly to the VP, Integrated Marketing Strategy, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping the digital marketing strategy and ensuring measurable outcomes aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilites Develop and implement best-in-class user-journey strategy across paid & owned touchpoints to enhance digital guest experience. Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across online and offline channels, including but not limited to social media, search engine marketing (SEM), display, and programmatic advertising. Oversee the implementation, measurement, and optimization of paid campaigns to maximize ROI. Manage budget allocation and ensure alignment with business goals. Keep up-to-date with emerging trends & technologies to maintain competitive advantage. Support the strategy, development, and optimization of the HYE websites to enhance user experience and drive conversions. Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search performance. Implement and analyze website performance metrics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. Design and build marketing automation engine inclusive of campaigns that engage, nurture and convert groups sales leads. Manage segmentation strategy leveraging first & third-party data to enhance campaign personalization and effectiveness. Develop and implement test & learn strategies across digital efforts to enhance performance and maximize revenue generation. Establish KPIs for all digital marketing initiatives and manage ongoing reporting cadence with internal stakeholders. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Communicate effectiveness and ROI of digital marketing efforts to key stakeholders. Compensation $100-125K annually Annual performance-based bonus Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing or event management. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, experience working in ticketing & attractions is a plus Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth through digital channels Experience in paid media platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing cloud, Marketo, Hubspotm, Mailchimp) Comfortable multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines in a busy team environment. Team player with a no task is too big; no task is too small attitude. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail. Excellent written and communication skills. Strong administrative skills. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience and knowledge of the financial services category is a plus. Competence in G-Suite and Google Drive is a plus. Performance Criteria Contribute fully and effectively to the success of the organization. Working Conditions This role is primarily based in an office environment, 5 days a week, and will require the ability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays at times Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
