**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
As we continue the roll-out of our 5G network, and navigate the changing landscape in television, we are looking to invest in growing our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities. This individual will be a key contributor in building and enhancing this capability.
Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Products and User Experience – the Senior Manager, Digital Products will lead a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers within our large enterprise organization. This critical role will oversee a large portfolio of digital products supporting various lines of business and will require close collaboration with business partners, cross-functional teams, and IT engineering. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, relationship builder, an advocate for lean-agile practices and digital transformation. Ultimately, this leader will ensure that the digital products within their portfolio are creating value for the business and advancing the end users experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Team Leadership:** Manage and mentor a team of Digital Product Managers working in a squad/pod model, fostering their professional development and ensuring their alignment with business objectives
+ **Product Strategy:** Collaborate closely with business partners to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT engineering, to drive successful product development and launches
+ **IT Engineering Partnership:** Forge a strong partnership with IT engineering, fostering innovation, ownership, and alignment with product and business strategy
+ **Digital Transformation:** Champion digital transformation across the enterprise, infusing lean-agile practices and driving continuous improvement
+ **User Advocacy:** Work closely with UX researchers and product designers to advocate for end users (primarily external customers) and ensure user-centric product design
+ **Roadmap Development:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, incorporating user feedback, market trends, and business needs
+ **Performance Tracking:** Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital products, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement
+ **Stakeholder Communication:** Communicate product status, updates, and achievements to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
+ 10+ years experience and proven track record managing a team of digital product managers in a large enterprise environment
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ **Team Leadership & Development:** Proven ability to coach and mentor a team of digital product managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional growth and skill development
+ **Product Vision & Strategy:** Skilled in defining and communicating compelling product visions, translating them into actionable strategies, and creating detailed product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
+ **Stakeholder Management:** Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle
+ **Agile Product Management:** Mastery of agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
+ **User Research & Analysis:** Adept at conducting user research and analysis to gather insights, identify user needs, and validate product hypotheses
+ **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure product success, and inform data-driven decisions
+ **Problem-Solving & Innovation:** Proven track record of identifying and solving complex problems, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
+ **Market & Competitive Analysis:** Skilled in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, stay ahead of industry trends, and inform product strategy
+ **Change Management:** Experience leading and managing change, effectively communicating, and gaining buy-in for new initiatives and product launches
**Salary Ranges**
Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
