What is the opportunity?
In role, you will enhance RBC’s brand and reputation as a global thought leader by leading the end-to-end project management, production, and delivery of RBC’s Thought Leadership across channels. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our researchers, writers, and strategy team.
What will you do?
Manage the production, project management, and execution of a thought leadership and content across various channels and audiences.Support research leads with project plans, design and production for research and thought leadership.Oversee production, ensuring digital best practices and effective content deployment (design, publishing).Develop digital plans, content distribution and oversee two sites – RBC Thought Leadership and RBC Climate Action InstituteLead digital migration project for two sitesCollaborate with strategy team to deploy marketing and content amplification strategies, including digital, to share thought leadership across internal and external audiences.What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
7+ years’ experience in digital content strategy integration roleExpertise in digital content development and deploymentExperience in managing multiple channels – websites and email communicationsAbility to manage production and content delivery action plansStrong track record of executing deliverables through multiple communication channelsStrategic and agile combined with the ability to navigate through a large, complex and matrixed organizationExceptional writing and interpersonal skillsNice-to-have
Previous experience in a large, global leading Financial Institution or consulting firmSalesforce experienceDegree or diploma in Marketing, Communications and/or AdvertisingWhat’s in it for you?
