Senior Manager, Digital Products Delivery

Job Description
The Digital Product team is responsible for delivering best-in-class digital experiences for our customers and business on Brand.com and support the company’s digital strategy. The primary objective of this role is to deliver key digital projects on our owned digital platforms. You are responsible for management and delivery of high visibility and high priority digital initiatives (currently focused on website projects), to ensure on time and high-quality delivery of Rosewood Groups’ customer facing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of digital projects, including supporting project scope definition, setting timelines, and allocating resources. Drive and perform design, development, and test activities ensuring digital products delivered on schedule, including resource coordination and escalating high priority issues Partner with IT team to manage large scale feature / tool roll-out and act as liaison between cross functional stakeholders on business and customer needs Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize their requirements, ensure that the platform/applications deliver maximum impact Manage multiple cross functional internal stakeholders and external development teams through development of integrated project plans. Identify and track dependencies between teams and workstreams. Implement and oversee Agile development methodology; ppartner and manage external development teams throughout the product development lifecycle Collaborate with agencies and third party vendor partners to assemble appropriate project teams for new and existing projects. Manage resource planning and vendor scrum teams. Regularly communicate product status and progress with leadership and internal stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks that could impact platform delivery timelines or quality. Proactively address issues and challenges that arise during the development process. Plan and manage digital readiness activities including training, new digital operations processes, and communication. Critical Skills and Qualifications6+ years’ experience in delivering complex digital projects and/or feature launches for websites/apps, in either a consulting capacity or direct product management / delivery experience. Strong communication skills - able to partner with multiple functional and property stakeholders. Ability to understand and convert business priorities into requirements documentation Strong project management skills – previous experience in managing large projects and owning typical PM deliverables (project plans, status reports, issues/risks, etc) Clear understanding & experience of how a web digital product is built and web platform architecture. Ability to assess delivery risks and understand high level effort for stories/tasks Experience in App or Wechat Mini Programs product development/launches are a plus Experience in hospitality or luxury brands Experience with Adobe Experience Manager content management system High collaborative acumen and high motivated to self-learn and challenge status quo Possess an agile startup mindset and able to problem solve and adapt quickly to changing circumstances Fluency in English and Mandarin
