About the Role

This role is for the passionate Sailpoint Engineering professional to join our team to provide Architectural, Engineering & Automation support. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth hands-on expertise in Sailpoint (IIQ/IdentityNow) with the ability to develop & implement out of box and custom solutions in Sailpoint. The candidate should also have knowledge in scripting, development languages, with focus on automation strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Work with various internal and external technical teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining Sailpoint solutionDesign, code, test, and maintain Sailpoint solution and processes to meet organizational requirementsCollaborate with system architects to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and applications onboarded to SailpointBe a Subject Matter Expertise on Sailpoint, and be the go-to person for any issues related to Sailpoint in the organizationAbility to relate and support Sailpoint dependent (upstream/downstream) applications such as Active Directory, Workday and ServiceNowLead the development and execution of an overall automation strategy. Identify opportunities for automation to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiencyDesign and manage Jenkins pipelines/Ansible for continuous integration, deployment and automationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance DevOps practices

Minimum Job Requirement

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience (10 years) in leading engineering teams, with majority of years in Sailpoint support/engineering roles. Hands-on experience with Sailpoint in an enterprise environment.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscape, and risk management.Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive them to successful completion.Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Sailpoint certifications or any equivalent is a plus.Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
