KEY RESPONSIBILUTIES:
1. National KA management
• Works closely with key stakeholders (Sino) to develop deeply effective cooperation strategies.
• Implementation CSL+SINO star-link plan (terminal penetration include HP, Retail, SPS+)
• To maximize the value of the platform. improve the scale and quality of cooperation.
• Participate in the design and management of key business cooperation projects, and formula the contract.
2. Rebate strategy development
• Develop annual business pricing strategies, budgets, and investment plans
• Design and formulate business incentive policies
• Fill in and approve the organization agreement, follow up on contract template approval
• Organize rebate calculation, verification, follow-up approval.
3. Improve channel operation
• Distributor general capabilities evaluation, account opening evaluation and application, credit account period evaluation and application, Business personnel performance evaluation, Channel management security system and process optimization
• Optimize Distribution team's management process to improve efficiency
4. Monitor the allocation of resources according to the business development needs of each region. Drive customer management, and regularly review the implementation and results of the promotion project to maintain the effectiveness of project execution
5. Ensure that all sales operations and strategy development in the region comply with CSL's Code of business conduct, industry and government regulations, and practice in their work
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
1. Undergraduate degree in field related to business operation with additional training at graduate level highly desired.
2. Have at least 5 years strategic plan or commercial management or finance controller or related working experiences in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
3. Individual must be able to understand business model and the value chain, their nexus, and how to manage outcomes for optimal impact on CSL Behring;
4. Integrity, consistent with the CSL standards related to ethics and values Strong business acumen and judgment.
5. Self-driven person.
6. A demonstrated Leader with strategic thinking.
7. Collaborative skills including the ability to develop positive relationships across the Business.
8. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with working command.
9. Functional/technical and analytical skills.
10. Result driven.
11. Prefect skill in English writing and reporting.
