Job Requirements REQUIRED: Master’s degree; at least seven years of directly relevant experience, including a solid understanding of training approaches and adult-learner pedagogies, mentoring and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within an academic setting, especially for underrepresented groups; solid oral and written communication, and project management skills; meticulous attention to detail and ability to independently drive work forward; and demonstrated success in managing teams and mentoring staff, including the ability to build a positive team culture and collaborate across departments.
