Job Description:Join Micron as the Senior Manager, Ecosystem Development in the Compute and Networking Business Unit (CNBU)! This role will be based in San Jose, CA or Folsom, CA! In this role, you will collaborate with key industry leaders in the CPU and IP domains to shape the future of memory solutions. CSPs and hyperscalers increasingly leaning towards custom compute silicon, you will engage with key Micron customers to drive partnerships and enablement activities related to CNBU’s memory portfolio.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with CPU manufacturers, ecosystem partners, and customers in both server and client segments to forge strategic alliances and reinforce Micron’s technology leadership.Coordinate with internal Product Management teams to ensure flawless alignment of CNBU’s memory portfolio with the roadmaps of our ecosystem partners.Collaborate with Micron's Product Architecture teams to plan and implement the standardization of new products, driving industry-wide innovation.Apply your extensive knowledge of CPU manufacturers’ roadmaps and long-term strategies to influence Micron’s memory portfolio decisions and technology investments.Work alongside Micron’s DRAM engineering and operations teams to ensure the timely qualification of products with new CPUs, strictly focusing on reducing qualification timelines.Lead quarterly business and technical reviews (QBRs/QTRs) with CPU enablers and ecosystem partners, providing regular updates to Micron’s senior leadership.Needed qualifications:A minimum of 15 years of semiconductor industry experience with a focus on computer memory, CPU/SoC design and development, or related fields.A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in design, development, or validation/qualification within both server and client segments.Proven experience leading multi-functional teams across various locations.Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a team of experienced contributors.History of successful execution working with external partners, vendors, or suppliers.Strong industry connections within the Compute and Memory ecosystem, including bodies like JEDEC.Robust technical knowledge of memory subsystems and architectures.Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, providing real examples of success.Outstanding communication skills with extensive customer/partner facing experience.Demonstrated coachability and ability to quickly learn and adapt.The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$156,500.00 - $316,500.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
