What You Will Do
Manage EH&S team of 4.Timely support for multiple customers and projectsSupport site injury reduction goals, initiatives, and safety programsInterpretation of OSHA, NIOSH, ANSI standards and regulationsSupport Environmental programs and sustainability goalsSupport site with ongoing VPP Star certification requirementsAnalysis of leading and lagging safety performance indicatorsSupport incidents to determine causes, learnings and develop corrective actions and track to completionSupport programs, processes, and procedures to improve EHS culture for employees and contractorsDeliver EHS training to affected employeesProvide clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communications and presentation skillsHave proficient computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications for creating and modifying documents and accessing/using the internetTo be successful this candidate should be well-organized and have excellent attention to detail and thoroughness with accomplishing tasks from inception through completion in a multi-tasking environmentBe flexible to take on additional assignmentsWhat You Will Learn

Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Qualifications We Prefer

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
