Our SES/EHS Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of required safety, health, environmental, sustainability and related management system programs and processes.
The successful candidate will plan and oversee Safety (Cal OSHA), Regulatory and Environmental related compliance programs and/or projects, be responsible for Safety (Cal OSHA), Regulatory and Environmental activities of product qualification and certification with government regulatory agencies, may serve as an official representative of the organization for contacting governmental officials. Leads/supervises a team of one professional and work with local management team to integrate Safety, Environmental & Security activities into The Coca-Cola Quality System.
Job Related Duties and Key Responsibilities
Education and Additional Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Related DisciplineDegree in Environment Sciences/Management and/or Occupational Safety Management PreferredMinimum 7 years of experience in safety, environmental processes and proceduresRegistered Environmental Manager (REM) or equivalent environmental certification.Prefer Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other applicable certificationPrefer experience in OSHA, DOT and EPA regulatory requirementsAbility to design, develop and implement effective management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)Knowledge of procedures used to anticipate, recognize, evaluate and control physical, chemical, biological and ergonomic hazardsAbility to interact with government officialsSkills:
Pay Range:
$120,000 - $149,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
15Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
