The Importance of the Role

The Senior Manager ELEVIDYS Marketing drives the development and implementation of key brand strategies and initiatives in the US Market. The Senior Manager supports the development and execution of clear, concise, and actionable brand strategic and tactical plans to optimize ELEVIDYS, including development of unbranded and branded promotional materials. The Senior Manager is responsible for collaborating with multiple cross-functional groups, including but not limited to Medical Affairs, Patient Affairs, Patient Services, Sales, Regulatory, Market Research, Commercial Operations, Legal, and Commercial leadership.

The Opportunity to Make a Difference

Development, creation and implementation of unbranded education and branded promotional materials to support the healthcare provider (HCP) audienceExecution of an HCP marketing strategy, which includes evolving HCP messaging, ensuring HCP education, preparedness, and instills confidence and trustEnhance current CRM platform and digital tactics to enable effective communications that will engage and educate HCPs on the importance of treatment, gene therapy benefits, risks, and steps of the treatment journeyCollaborate with Opinion Leader Programming, sales and Insights to integrate KOL perspectives into brand strategies and initiativesInform strategic recommendations based on market and disease dynamicsIdentify market research needs, align on market research plans and translate findings into portfolio strategies and forecasting assumptionsWork and manage all vendors/agencies successfully and effectivelyRepresent marketing function as the PRC reviewer for promotional materialsPerform other related duties as needed

More about You

BA/BS degree in business, marketing or science required7-9 years of pharmaceutical / biotech experience with a minimum of 5+ years in U.S. pharmaceutical marketing (pre-launch or in-line) or relevant experienceExperience in brand marketing/product management is required; product launch experience in rare disease preferredStrong, team-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, lead, negotiate and work effectively at all levels across the organizationExperience in successfully representing the commercial perspective during the regulatory/legal review of launch promotional materialsStrong qualitative and quantitative analytical, communication and project management skills to effectively translate ideas and insights into actionable plansExcellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesExcellent communication skills and ability to influence across multiple functionsEnthusiasm, confidence, ability to work on multiple tasks, problem solving ability, comfort in an ambiguous environment, and ability to prioritize effectively to meet organizational objectivesAbility to regularly commute into our Cambridge location, as needed

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta’s facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
