Summary of Position
We are looking for an exceptional writer and communications professional to join our Communications Team. In support of the VP of Corporate Communications and the Business Unit Communications Director, the Senior Manager of Employee Communications is responsible for executing day-to-day strategic communications program activities in support of Teladoc Health's ongoing efforts to transform the healthcare experience. The Senior Manager supports internal communications programs for Teladoc Health, including management and content development for our intranet and company newsletters, assisting with the planning and executing of all-employee town halls, and pursuing the development of member testimonial videos. This role will be highly visible to Human Resources and other partners throughout the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Research, draft and distribute communication content for emails, articles and other materials for senior leaders.
Lead the development and distribution of a weekly newsletter to keep global employees informed of company news and events.
Recommend and create intranet content, regularly suggesting improvements, and ensuring our intranet remains current and compelling.
Help facilitate our pursuit of recognition awards for the company.
Support our research and measurement efforts.
Assist with the compilation of summaries and reports on communications activities for purposes of team tracking and executive updates.
Represent the company with outside partners in a manner consistent with our corporate mission, values and culture.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience managing internal/employee communications at a mid to large organization or agency.
Bachelor’s degree required; in English, journalism, or communications, highly valued.
Expert-level skills with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written skills (writing samples will be required).

Proven ability to form effective relationships and work resourcefully with internal teams to achieve results
Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
Solid time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and pitch-in as part of a growing team.
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $160,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
