Our client, a prominent media company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Employee Relations to join their team in NYC. Responsibilities will include handling employee relations matters, and being able to work closely with their legal team and business affairs team. You will be expected to conduct investigations and mediate conflict. In addition, planning employee events, working on performance improvement plans, and other ad hoc HR projects will be key facets of the role. Bachelor's Degree, required.6+ years' of HR experience.Strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong Employee Relations background and an ability to lead investigations and mediate conflicts.

The compensation for this position is between $110k-$120k.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
