Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a Senior Manager of Employee Relations to join our Pharmaceutical client in Boston, MA. This role is hybrid onsite and will require a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. This role is responsible for aligning Employee Relations (ER) principles and governance with business objectives in designated business units or client groups. It requires maintaining a strong level of business acumen and digital literacy to support data-driven decision-making, driving functional resiliency, and fostering an exceptional people culture. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a best-in-class ER function, ensuring employee concerns are addressed promptly, fairly, and consistently in line with company values and applicable laws. This role collaborates closely with the ER Director and HR Business Partner (HRBP) function to deliver OneHR value-added services that reflect the organizations business objectives.
Pay Range: $45/hr-$58/hr (*Pay Range is determined upon multiple factors including years of experience, industry background, level of degree, etc.)

Skills and Requirements
-A bachelors degree is required
-7+ years experience in Employee Relations, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
-Solid ER experience in Pharma industry, supporting functions in Commercial, Research, Manufacturing, Med Affairs, Regulatory and International
-Ability to work independently, cross functionally, multi-task, project management skills, good
excellent communication and report writing skills, and change agility
-Previously managed an ER team and high case volume null
