Job Description Summary:

As the Sr. Manager of Enabling Process Technologies, you will be instrumental in supporting the implementation and operationalization of advanced process technologies, ensuring their effective deployment across the organization to support innovation initiatives.

Your responsibilities include assisting with technological initiatives, developing capabilities, and overseeing the evolution of processes involving technologies such as aseptic processing, thermal treatment, membrane filtration, dry ingredient mixing and blending, continuous mixing, and other methods known for enhancing food safety, quality, and efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Sr. Director of the area, to align process technology strategies with innovation projects, support the integration of technologies into operational processes, and address technology-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage Network:

Enable Category Pipeline: Facilitate the category development pipeline by implementing process technology solutions that drive innovation and improve product quality, safety, and efficiency.Protect Business Performance: Collaborate closely with key system stakeholders, including CPS, Bottlers, Operating Units, and third parties, to safeguard and enhance business performance.

Oversight of Technology Development:

Assist in improving operations at the Atlanta pilot plants to ensure safe and high-quality delivery of samples and experiments.Design and conduct technology development experiments and trials within the pilot plant and at external facilities to validate and prove concepts prior to scaling up.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

Regularly assist in evaluating the effectiveness of technology integration within the organization.Provide recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology. Minimum 3 years of experience in technology development and implementation, preferably within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.Skills:Understanding of key enabling technologies for the food and beverage industry.Project management and execution capabilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Proficiency in both technical and business languages for effective communication.Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively

Pay Range:

$131,000 - $153,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
