Enterprise Architecture

Creating and leading the Regional Center of Expertise for Architecture. You will form a community of seasoned Domain Architects to drive integration patterns, software engineering, data architecture, etc Working with our EA teams globally to align on EA and realize synergies  Creating and maintaining the Technology Blueprint, the Capabilities mapping and the Applications lifecycle. Doing so, you will ensure the alignment and synergies with Sephora Group and LVMH while protecting Sephora Asia local differences Creating and maintaining a multi-year roadmap to get to the EA vision either through normal projects or specific ones to evolve the architecture Developing the communities of practice on the strategic architectural and technology topics like Data, Integration, Software Engineering, DevSecOps, Lean Agile Software Product Development, etc Defining and leading the Architecture Board Process

 

Technology for Business 

Playing a role in the overall IT strategy, actively contributing to the architecture vision and roadmap  Creating and maintaining the Technology Radar that will keep Sephora Architecture Runway ready for any Business opportunity. You will own the technology selection process across the region, in a close relationship with the global teams of Sephora and LVMH Group Developing a deep understanding of our business processes and strategy, and ensuring the best fit-for-purpose of the solutions that the teams select or develop Instilling the right and modern product and software development practices and tools across the 30 squads that currently are developing or integrating solutions in Sephora Asia Being hands-on, stepping up, driving innovation, and assisting or leading initiatives that need your experience to succeed Working hand in hand with the CISO to translate security strategy into architecture designs and policy 

 

Managing and Influencing, Nurturing New Ways of Working, Deploying Enterprise Frameworks

Promoting Lean and Agile at Scale in the Enterprise  Contributing to the Data Governance Practice implementation  Educating and influencing Product teams to drive their backlog with the right data-driven, outcome-driven mindset 

 

We would love to hear from you if you are/have…

At least 10 years of proven experience in retail omnichannel architecture and development (store systems, e-Commerce, POS, OMS, CRM, ERP, BPM, Data, BI)  Strong business acumen  Certifications in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks like Togaf or Archimate  Excellent written and verbal communications  Experience working with global teams  Working independently in a distributed, dynamic, fast-paced environment
