**Role Purpose:**
As the IT&D Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture, you will lead the creation of Essential Home’s enterprise architecture strategy to align technology solutions with business objectives. Having selected a greenfield implementation of our new technology landscape, this role is one of the most critical for our business’ future success. The role offers a unique opportunity to establish an enterprise architecture function from the ground up, creating frameworks and roadmaps that will shape the future technology landscape that enables Essential Home’s business strategy.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can drive this function end-to-end, from vision and strategy to implementation and governance. You thrive in a dynamic environment; you are pragmatic, love a challenge and and are action and result oriented.
This position requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), cloud technologies, system integration, data architecture, application design, and emerging trends in Enterprise Architecture.
**Your responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement an enterprise a forward looking architecture framework that aligns technology investments with business goals.
+ Create and maintain technology roadmaps that drive scalability, innovation, and digital transformation..
+ Work closely with the with the IT&D Architect, Platforms & Integration to ensure interoperability and scalability across the ecosystem **:**
+ Define architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to allow an effective combination of speed, consistency and scalability across systems.
+ Lead the governance process for technology decisions, not acting as a “review board” but being future-thinking and acting as an enabler of our wider IT&D and business strategy.
+ Partner with business and IT&D leaders to understand needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
+ Work closely with delivery teams to ensure architectural alignment.
+ Provide mentorship, performance management, and skills development opportunities for team members.
+ Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for Enterprise Architecture technology and services.

+ You have proven experience in the Enterprise Architecture space, preferably in the Consumer Goods sector.
+ You have a deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and their practical application.
+ You are experienced with cloud platforms (in particular Azure), system integration, data architecture, and application design.
+ You stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends, such as AI, automation, and microservices architectures.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Experience building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
+ You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
