Position Overview:
Responsible for FPA and business partnering to support enterprise transformation with IT, other enterprise and divisional leadership. Manage implementation of transformation initiatives including operating model, driving collaboration and alignment across divisions and corporate IT and finance. Provide financial analysis and support for strategy, annual/monthly financial planning. Partner with global leaders and finance teams to streamline financial analysis, implement innovative ways to understand costs, and impact decisions for the best use of every dollar. Oversee enterprise investment and contract decisions, senior leadership updates as well as lead various special projects and critical analyses.

Essential Functions:
Key role in driving enterprise transformation, including financial business partnering in a matrix operating model and close integration with project management to drive change thru to implementation and financial valueProvide financial expertise and decision support for business partnersManage the cost profile and support investment and offset savings activity tracking for Transformation to the targeted operating model.Lead the Enterprise forecast & budget processes for assigned business areas, driving change with automation and process efficienciesTransform the annual financial planning processes for Enterprise Functions, including divisional, COE, corporate spend and allocations; leveraging and advancing cost driver and zero based budgeting approachesResponsible for enterprise cost reporting and analysis including monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance by division and COEAnalyze and evaluate capital projects and enterprise contracts, providing recommendations and supporting the executive team’s reviewal processWork closely with enterprise and division business and finance teams to identify, explain, and action key drivers impacting P&L, balance sheet and cash flowOversee the preparation of executive level presentation material, support and analyses for use in communications across divisional and enterprise leadership, Senior Management Team meetings, and Board of Directors forums.Lead and manage special projects and create ad-hoc analysis as neededPotential to lead and develop 1 to 2 team members providing direction, guidance and coaching.Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Required Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA preferred8+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience in a multidivisional or matrix organizationDemonstrated experience leading projects and teams, including team member talent developmentSelf-motivated, highly-driven, independent, and results-oriented. Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated application of strategic thinking related to assessing financials and trends in the businessDemonstrated ability to continuously improve processes, automation, and reportingAbility to exercise sound judgment and working independently with minimal supervision and/or guidanceStrong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience presenting work and recommendations to senior leadership (CEO, CFO, CMO, etc.)Ability to organize, present and clearly articulate financial information including actionable insightsAbility to work well across business and finance teams and with all levels of both divisional and corporate managementEnergetic leadership style to drive change through influence and mentorshipHybrid (3 days per week in Office)The anticipated pay range for this position is $100,900- $160,800, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
