The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of FI Insights Implementation who will be responsible for taking insights to commercial feasibility by establishing implementation processes to drive measurable business impact. This is a pivotal new role that demonstrates your strong business sense, differentiated thinking and commercial approach to elevate market-driven insights to tangible business outcomes by establishing new processes, solutions, and workflows.
Responsibilities include:
Designing custom workflows and processes to test and measure various commercial ideas and scale through deep collaborative partnerships with analytics, investment specialists, distribution enablement, sales, and marketing teams.Establishing a network of client and sales associate intelligence and consensus building to efficiently identify leading indicators and opportunities.Packaging recommendations supported by a clear narrative, logical reasoning, and robust data insights. Your ability to blend data-driven insights with the business objectives will be a key asset in driving impactful decisions and fostering collaboration.Consolidating and synthesizing various insights sourced from client tools, proprietary and secondary sources to elevate actionable ideas aligned to client needs and market fit.Inspecting and evaluating progress of projects and removing impediments as needed.The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience 7+ years of product management, project management or related experience within financial services with a proven track record of bringing a concept to implementation and adoption within a complex organizationSkilled at developing change management workstream including communications, learning, implementation, measurement, and adoption strategiesProven ability to effectively translate business needs and improvement opportunities, develop use cases, and propose solutions to enhance value delivered.Knowledge and experience with intermediary and institutional investment salesSelf-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-throughStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to approach problems in a consultative mannerForward-thinking and curious, with a desire to continuously learn and growNote: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position.

The FI Market Intelligence & Commercialization team systematically capture, analyzes and interprets information about Fidelity Institutional’ s external business environment (e.g. traditional and emerging wealth tech competitors) to inform strategy and decision making. We connect dots across our competitors, clients and internal strategy to help enable our partners' success. Our research helps Fidelity Institutional understand and adapt to the evolving wealth tech competitive landscape and the changing business needs of our clients.
