And we’ll do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong. **Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together.** It is an exciting time to join the Global Merchant Services organization in Canada which is dedicated to bringing buyers and sellers together to achieve welcomed acceptance. **How will you make an impact in this role?** Reporting into the Director of Regulatory and Field Effectiveness, the Sr. Manager, Field Enablement & Re-engagement Strategy will lead with an enterprise approach to support a range of initiatives that drive merchant coverage, re-engagement and field enablement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for uncovering opportunities and driving forward solutions to accelerate coverage and merchant satisfaction. This means focusing on re-engagement and retention initiatives along with building key field enablement framework initiatives and go to market strategies to drive results within the GMNS Canada organization. This role is a combination of strategic thinking, problem solving and superior relationship management skills and will work closely with the merchant acquisition, client management, pricing, operations, and central product teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + Unlock and enable emerging payments initiatives for the market + Assess the competitive landscape to generate insights on new payment capabilities and assess readiness to enable the field + Champion and enable GMNS/Amex Bank of Canada Regulatory Requirements for the business + Deliver optimal field enablement training, tools and resources to unlock MA/CLM portfolio growth + Build and deliver merchant re-engagement strategies and campaigns to optimize active locations in force while supporting the Canadian overall coverage strategy + Develop a go-to-market roadmap & a replicable field enablement roll-out approach for field and relevant payment capabilities, working across the GMNS business and product teams + Mange the prioritization of multiple field enablement projects aligned with strategic priorities + Collaborate with teams across the GMNS and the Enterprise to understand merchant opportunities and execute on field enablement initiatives **The successful candidate will have proven able to:** + Execute results-driven and customer-centric go-to-market campaigns designed to optimize attrition, acquisition and/or NPS metrics + Coordinate with teams across the Canadian and central teams to identify, construct and deploy Canadian customer facing capabilities and platforms + Effectively partner with Global Product Teams acting as a central point of contact for Canada + Manage multiple cross-functional relationships across the Blue Box **Minimum Qualifications:** + 5 Years Marketing/ Project Management Experience + Highly motivated individual who has exhibited success to effectively multi-task and lead projects end-to-end + Superior relationship building skills to work effectively across multiple cross-functional partners + Innovative thinking in improving processes & implementing solutions that appeal to merchants and internal business partners + Proven ability to leverage analytical skills to present solutions and provide insights to partners and leadership teams. + Strong written and oral communication skills + Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment + Knowledge of Blue Box business processes or Payment Industry considered a strong asset **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
