WHAT YOU WILL DO:

\n

The Senior Manager, Field Services will be able to satisfy the following duties satisfactorily:

\n\n\n\nLead the team of Regional Customer Service Managers and Equipment Installation Manager\nDrive productivity and cost improvement in customer service and equipment installations\nDevelop and oversee safety management system for direct and contract field teams\nTrack and manage reliability program for customer equipment systems\nCollaborate with engineering team on equipment installation designs and improvements\nManage budgets and schedules for field service and installations\nContribute to the overall effort of maintaining existing/future customers through effective management of personnel, and company assets.\nContribute to management of the Company's food safety systems for the purpose of maximizing the efficacy and efficiency of Safe Foods intervention systems.\nAddress requests from the Company's customers, Operations, Account Management Team and Distributors to resolve issues related to the efficient and effective operation of the Company's food safety interventions.\nImplement process and programs that enhance the following:\nDirect and Indirect personnel training for Safe Foods equipment.\nQuarterly/Annual audits/reviews.\nTeam performance and personnel assessments.\nCompany asset management.\nSafety and Environmental.\nDaily oversight and management of equipment installation team, management of outside contractors, and regular customer communication.\nWork directly with Sales Management team to prioritize and maximize the service team personnel and their interaction with existing and future customers.\nPerform any other related duties as required or assigned.\n\n\n\n

YOUR MUST HAVES:

\n\n\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\n10 years of relevant experience.\n5 years of supervisory experience.\nBasic knowledge of such fields as accounting, business administration, construction or related\n\nValid driver’s license.\n\n\n\n\nWHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:\n\n\nAbility to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional journals; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.\n\n\n\n

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

\n

Primarily and indoor/outdoor office environment, with regular customer site visits in a plant environment. While performing the functions of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, set, lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 10 lbs. Respective Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) will be required and the noise level can vary.
