Senior Manager, Finance & Analytics
Key Responsibilities: Trade Finance and Accounting Planning, Analysis and Process Optimization: Take lead in driving continuous improvement on processes, systems, and internal control standards of trade finance activities to achieve financial control effectiveness and operation efficiency. Implement and drive planning and analytics for trade finance and working capital to provide cost transparency to stakeholders. Streamline and optimize end-to-end trade finance and accounting flow involving vendors, business teams, Global Share Service Centre, and other stakeholders in the value chain. Support reviewing policies and procedures related to trade finance topics. Supplier Financial Analysis and Market Intelligence: Ownership of the Supplier Financial Review process and methodology. Establish and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships among finance, vendors, and sourcing teams, and provide business insights for control and performance improvement. Analyze and drive performance, detect risk, identify improvement potential, and drive corresponding solutions and actions together with the business team. Project and Ad-hoc Tasks: Lead or participate in team-level or cross-functional projects in trade finance areas or sourcing finance related topics. Support trade finance team or other teams' ad-hoc assignments.

 

Key Relationships: Senior leadership and LO teams in Sourcing Sourcing Finance and other head office finance teams Group Accounting, Group Treasury, and Global Share Service Centers Other Group Functions (IT, Customs, Supply Chain, Sustainability, etc.) Suppliers (T1 and T2) Vendor Master Set Up Team

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong business acumen and business partnering skills Result-oriented and proactive with a high degree of customer orientation Excellent analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Mastery of BI tools and data tools is preferred (Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Python) People management experience is an advantage Able to work and deliver results in a changing and dynamic/pressurized environment Fluent in business English (written and spoken)

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analysis, or equivalent background in related fields 5+ years of work experience in a related field Knowledge of fast-moving consumer goods, fashion industry, and/or retail is an advantage
