The senior manager of finance transformation will lead their team through executing on the implementation of company-wide solutions that build enterprise, team, and process capabilities. You will work with various business line and functional leaders through the process of engaging and empowering finance team members to identify, understand, and implement sustainable process improvements. You will prioritize opportunities that align with enterprise expectations and provide excellent customer service.

Compensation: $120000 - $135000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
How you will make an impact
Excel at solving complex CFO problems by aligning financial strategies with overall business goals.
Lead and execute on change within the finance organization that aligns with the overall department/function strategy as established in conjunction with finance leadership and/or the departmental leads.
Analyze existing financial and operational workflows to determine what could be customized and/or migrated to a new process or system.
Lead a project team through execution of various transformation action plans and problem solve for challenges that arise during implementation.
Lead and support a team through clear documentation of process and work flows for the finance and accounting organization.
Assist in the development of road maps and long term strategic plans for the transformation team.
Promote a culture that strives for “best in class”, utilizing data driven decision-making, sustainable actions and the continuous improvement tools.
Research and understand Finance best practices and financial systems within the senior living industry and approaches in other, related industries.
What you will need
Minimum of 7 years of increasingly responsible experience in finance and/or accounting.
CPA/ MBA a plus.
Experience designing finance, accounting, planning, forecasting, reporting, data & analytic operating models across talent, process, data, and technology.
Ability to interface effectively with senior level (C suite) team members individually and as a member of an engagement team.
Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes.
