Individual will lead a team of Finance Transformation Analysts, each specializing in key finance domains such as Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), and overall automation within Supply Chain domain. This role will drive the transformation of finance processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and foster the adoption of modern technologies. The position requires a strong balance of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership capabilities to ensure finance processes are modernized, efficient, and forward-looking.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Finance Transformation Analysts, providing guidance and mentorship across specialized areas such as PTP, Product Costing, RTR, Supply Chain Finance.
Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of finance transformation initiatives with a focus on improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Promote the adoption and integration of AI technologies to enhance finance processes and identify innovative solutions for automation and advanced analytics.
Provide thought leadership and expertise in building technical acumen within the wider finance and transformation team, fostering skills development around modern tools and technologies.
Ensure the transformation team maintains a broad and deep understanding of key finance systems, including SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC-P), Anaplan, and Power BI, to design and deploy optimal solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment of solutions with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
Act as a liaison between senior leadership and the transformation team to ensure that high-priority initiatives are effectively executed and deliver measurable value.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for the team’s continuous improvement, leveraging industry and technical trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, Six Sigma) are assets.
Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Proven track record in leading finance transformation initiatives, preferably with experience managing multifunctional or domain-specific teams (e.g., PTP, RTR, etc.).
Strong expertise in finance technology systems, particularly SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC-P), Anaplan, and Power BI.
Experience with AI and other emerging technologies, particularly in leveraging them to optimize finance processes and drive automation.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to foster technical learning and growth within a team environment.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
Skills & Abilities:
Broad knowledge of finance systems and processes, with the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
Advanced technical literacy, with an enthusiasm for emerging technologies and their applications in finance transformation.
Collaborative and adaptable, with experience working in complex and dynamic organizations including high ambiguity conditions.
Skilled at balancing immediate project needs with long-term organizational goals.
Experienced with project cost management, including operating with project-funded, short-term direct and indirect reports.
The base pay range for this role is $130,350 to $200,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
