We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join Redis as a key partner for our Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D teams. This role will be critical in driving financial strategies and business outcomes that support Redis' continued expansion. You will provide strategic financial insights, ensure accurate forecasting, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize financial performance across these critical functions.
You will report to the VP, Finance and collaborate across the company with key stakeholders to drive critical business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on self-starter and strong manager with financial modeling, analytics, communication and coaching skills. You must have high integrity and an ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment. You will have a track record collaborating with business leaders and supporting critical business decisions.

What you’ll do:
Serve as the key financial advisor to Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D teams, helping shape strategies that align with Redis' growth objectives. Collaborate with department heads to develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, including new product development, marketing campaigns, and customer success efforts. Support cross-functional initiatives, including cloud optimization initiatives, product launches, and customer retention strategies, with financial insights and analysis. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Marketing, Customer Success, and R&D functions. Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership to ensure visibility into operating and financial performance. Evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions, offering recommendations to optimize return on investment (ROI).What will you need to have?
8-10+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance in an FP&A role in a high-growth SaaS environment BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative field Strong spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Experience collaborating with stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced start-up environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously Works comfortably with incomplete information and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic environment Extraordinarily detail-oriented with strong work ethic and team-first attitudeWe give back to our employees:

Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
