This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Sr. Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to help lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) business through its next phase of growth and scaling. This role will oversee financial planning and analysis efforts with a primary focus on our global service provider function, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance optimization. You will build financial models to align with our GTM goals and unlock growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to GSP organization senior leadership globally to build an effective annual operating plan. Collaborate with GSP leadership to develop key GTM initiatives, driving efforts that support top-line growth and optimized cost-to-book relationships.Provide guidance and analysis to assist in the development of sales incentives, commission plans, and coverage model designs.Foster partnerships to develop data sources that support relevant sales metrics, overlay ratios, and other unit economics. Analyze related trends and recommend opportunities to partners and leadership.Oversee the production and analysis of monthly operating and financial results in strong partnership with Corporate FP&A and Accounting.Prepare monthly financial forecasts, monitor performance against plans, and identify financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.Support the development and presentation of quarterly reporting package materials.To succeed in this role, you must have:
5-8 years of experience in corporate planning/financial planning and analysis roleBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. CPA/CMA or MBA preferred Experience supporting major functional areas within an organization, with experience in financial analysis, headcount/resource management and business metric reporting Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, SAP, Anaplan, or NetSuite High proficiency in Excel - building financial and decision support models Self-starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written Amenable to work 9AM to 5PM PST, Monday to FridayWhat we offer:

If you are hired in Belmont, California the compensation range for this position is between $113,050 to $161,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
