Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Change & Culture, the Senior Manager, Change & Culture is responsible for designing and executing end-to-end change and culture strategies that enable organizational change agility and bring a culture that supports growth to life, with a dedicated focus on our mountain resorts and frontline employees. Leading a team of change and culture practitioners, the Sr Manager will drive the development and execution of key transformational initiatives aimed at enabling organizational growth and executional excellence across our mountain resorts. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Sr Manager will ensure connection and alignment to our culture and successful adoption of critical changes that drive business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of change and culture practitioners to drive a frontline culture that embraces change, where our desired culture is reinforced through every change initiative.
Drive organizational change, culture and organizational effectiveness strategies at scale that increase organizational agility, drive differentiated business outcomes, and enable company growth.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, respond to frontline engagement risks, and proactively implement solutions to drive the desired employee experience.
Work across stakeholders and teams to strategize, design, manage, and support change to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work.
Foster a strong frontline culture aligned with our mission, vision and values, ensuring employees feel included and engaged by designing, executing, facilitating and measuring the success of all core cultural programs.
Design and execute engagement strategies across various channels to drive awareness and desire, and build the skills and abilities needed to sustain long term change across stakeholder groups.
Design strategies to monitor the effectiveness of change and culture strategies through data reporting and analysis to drive continuous improvement. Track program successes through metric driven information and make recommendations for enhancements to programs based on data insights.
Develop and implement strategies for employee listening and own all strategic engagement channels.
Developer of talent - Lead, coach and develop a team and build capability in change management and culture strategy across the HR function
Knowledge and Skills
Change Management: Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Culture Acumen: Experience with Human-Centered Design and crafting effective employee engagement strategies.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A masterful storyteller and communicator: with an understanding of culture, change, org effectiveness. Serve as a trusted communications counselor to internal leaders and peers.
Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects at once while navigating a complex and matrixed global organization. Highly organized and detail oriented.
Stakeholder Management: identify key stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, build trust and develop strategies to effectively collaborate with them.
Business Acumen: Acutely aware of the impact that change can have on employees, managers, and business outcomes. Deep understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement.
Solution Oriented: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions – bringing a solution-mindset to everything you do.
Emotional Intelligence: Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with individuals across and at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated commitment to understanding and incorporating the perspectives of a diverse set of stakeholders. Comfortable navigating tension and recognizing risk.

Microsoft Office: PowerPoint skills a must; responsible for building visually digestible slides and content that bring stakeholders on a journey.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in HR, change management, organizational effectiveness, or employee experience
Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Prosci certification preferred.
Ability to develop the strategy and comfortable in an execution role.
At least 3 years of experience leading a high-performing team
At least 3 years of experience designing and facilitating engaging experiences for a cross-functional audience
Tech savvy, self-starter with a drive for excellence, comfortable navigating various systems and can “self-teach”
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build strong working relationships
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, proven ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
Experience managing complex projects, problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
Experience leading multiple projects on time and on budget
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $103,596 - $140,119 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
