Senior Manager, Global Compliance Audit Programs

Position Overview: 

The Senior Manager, Global Compliance Audit Programs will manage and execute Cisco’s global compliance audits across various frameworks, including ISO, SOC2, ENS, CF, ISMAP, IRAP, and CSA STAR. This role ensures Cisco meets stringent compliance requirements and maintains market competitiveness through successful certification outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute audit strategies to ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements.  Manage end-to-end audit processes, including planning, execution, and remediation efforts.  Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, certification bodies, and internal stakeholders.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and improve compliance readiness.  Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance to ensure compliance alignment.  Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit efficiency.  Provide regular reporting on audit findings, trends, and compliance risks to leadership. 

Qualifications: 

8+ years of experience managing global compliance audits in a complex enterprise environment.  In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO, SOC2, ENS, C5, ISMAP, IRAP, and CSA STAR.  Project management and stakeholder management experience.  Experience navigating regulatory environments and drive successful audit outcomes.  Experience with compliance automation tools and processes.
