Your Day-to-Day:

The Senior Manager, Global Engineering Integration, will lead the integration efforts across our global engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration, efficiency, and innovation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing complex engineering projects across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering processes, exceptional communication abilities, and a commitment to driving excellence and consistency in global engineering practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of project engineers and project managers in support of project execution Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the global engineering teams. Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members. Strategic Integration Planning: Develop and implement strategies for integrating engineering processes, tools, and systems across global teams. Identify and address potential integration challenges and risks, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Collaborate with senior leadership to align integration initiatives with overall business objectives. Project Management: Oversee and manage PMs responsible for multiple complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for global engineering integration efforts. Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, engineering leadership, and external partners. .

 

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

 

Bachelor’s degree in engineering 10+ years of experience in engineering roles with at least 5 years in a management position. Proven experience in leading and managing global engineering teams and complex integration projects. Strong understanding of engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) (Preferred) Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
