ABOUT THIS TEAM Reporting to the VP, Global Risk Advisory Services, the Senior Manager, Global Risk is responsible for leading and supporting the team in delivering technology audits across lululemon’s technology environment. This includes auditing information system processes and controls, ensuring data integrity and governance, and evaluating system resilience. The role also serves as a strategic business partner to lululemon’s Technology organization, which operates globally and includes on-premise, SaaS, and custom applications and solutions that support the business worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the annual Technology Internal Audit planning process, considering both internal and external business impacts.Manage a team, including external consultants, to conduct audits of technology systems and processes.Perform audits and provide advisory services to enhance the control environment and recommend improvements.Identify and assess key technology risks, particularly related to information security.Prepare and present audit reports with practical recommendations for optimizing controls.Act as a strategic partner to Technology Leadership, offering guidance on risk and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with the broader Internal Audit team on technology-related audits.Lead initiatives in data analytics and automation for internal audits.Demonstrate effective leadership in team management, performance development, and budget oversight.Ensure all work aligns with International Standards for Internal Auditing, maintaining high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of experience in technology auditing or related technology roles, with 5+ years in a management capacity.Required audit designations: CPA, CIA, and/or CISA.Preferred certifications: CIA, CRMA, or RIMS-CRMP.Strong knowledge of IT risk frameworks such as NIST and CIS.Experience with data analytics tool such as PowerBI, SQL, R, and Python is preferred.Deep understanding of both business and audit risks.Willingness to travel across North America and internationally (15-20%).Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.MUST HAVES

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100-$176,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
