The Senior Manager, Global Stock Plan Administration will manage aspects of the Company’s stock plan including stock options, restricted stock awards, restricted stock units, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) for a global, triple-listed Company. Will collaborate with global payroll, accounting, and legal teams, working in a fast-paced environment. This role will also assist with various regulatory filings related to equity. This is an excellent opportunity to build efficiency and innovation within the global equity function.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Director on the administration of the company's equity programs, ensuring that all equity transactions are accurately processed and settled in a timely and efficient manner.
Act as a primary liaison with stakeholders on SOX compliance and maintain internal documentation for audits.
Collaborate with the Director on development and distribution of employee education/communication initiatives, including the design and maintenance of a Global Equity Sharepoint site.
Communicate plan provisions to employees and resolve employee issues or concerns as appropriate.
Maintain daily recordkeeping of equity data and ensure quality control of the record keeping system.
Reconcile transactions, termination dates, tax withholding and reporting, and other items, as required.
Generate and review for accuracy all recurrent and ad-hoc reports for Finance, Payroll, HR and Legal.
Maintain and update documents defining procedures for all plan administration.
Assist with 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy, Section 16 reporting and 10b5-1 trading plans; prepare required reports mandated by the HK Exchange.
Process transactions (stock option exercises, off-cycle Restricted Stock Units vest, grants) timely and accurately.
Maintain company’s equity data using Morgan Stanley Shareworks platform.
Prepare custom reports within Shareworks and Excel, and perform initial reconciliations to review accuracy of equity and transaction data.
Computer Skills:
Strong PC literacy required; MSOffice skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel).
Experience with equity administration systems; Morgan Stanley Shareworks preferred
Experience with Workiva a plus

Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of relevant and progressive work experience
Possesses an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of equity administration and management, including accounting, tax, and legal concepts
Must have very strong communication and customer service skills
