This role focuses on continuous improvement, risk management, asset health management, and lifecycle optimization to ensure the reliability and efficiency of all assets throughout the value chain. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring that technical, operational, and strategic objectives are met. **What You’ll Work On** **_Key Responsibilities:_** **1. Supplier Performance Management:** • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment with company goals working with Procurement, Supplier Quality Assurance and Packaging Ops, R&D, Engineering, etc. • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against agreed-upon KPIs, SLAs, and technical requirements. • Identify opportunities for supplier improvement and collaborate on corrective actions. **2. Continuous Improvement:** • Drive initiatives to improve supplier processes, product quality, and service delivery. • Implement industry best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supplier performance. • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement supplier-driven improvements. **3. Risk Management:** • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the supply chain, focusing on supplier operations and asset reliability. • Collaborate with suppliers to develop contingency plans and ensure business continuity. • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to proactively address potential disruptions. **4. Asset Health Management:** • Oversee the technical performance and condition of supplier-managed assets. • Work with suppliers to develop maintenance strategies and predictive analytics to minimize downtime. • Track and report on asset reliability, performance, and health metrics. **5. Lifecycle Management:** • Manage the full lifecycle of supplier-related assets, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and disposal. • Collaborate with suppliers to optimize asset lifecycles, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability. • Provide recommendations for technology upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning based on lifecycle data. **6.
