Job Description Summary

This position is responsible for the C&W governance and compliance with the Humana MSA and associated Playbooks, Policies, Procedures and Manuals, working with Senior Leadership to achieve expected outcomes.

Principal Responsibilities

Support the Executive Account Director in delivery of responsibilities related to Master Services Agreement, including critical deliverables and activities due to client throughout the yearWorks with Senior Leadership Team to ensure delivery of key events and meetings with ClientAssure that operational Playbooks are maintained; work with internal teams to assure compliance with scope of work as well as C&W and client policy and proceduresAssist teams in determining the need for and developing requests for change within established Governance proceduresInterface directly with the client Compliance leadsPartners with HRBP and Finance Director to manage on-account staffing tracker to track history of changes of approved headcountMonitor and report on performance against internal and external Service Level AgreementsManages the roll out of new reporting and governance processes and ensures adherence to  governance policies and proceduresConducts risk assessment, auditing, monitoring ongoing account performance against SLA’sReports monthly & quarterly Key Performance Indicator results and works with Finance Director and Client Partner to finalize fees earned/at riskIdentifies areas at risk of not meeting required SLA’s, KPI’s etc. Escalates appropriately and provides recommendations on how to address riskPartners with business stakeholders at all levels of the organization to determine gaps or risk areasSupports training and communication development to team members in the field on reporting and governance processesPerforms other related duties as required or requested
