You’ll build partnerships across Brand and Capital One to enable your teams to develop and execute world-class, effective creative strategies for a range of print and digital channels, including email, web, direct mail, display, video, and social media. You’ll use your deep industry knowledge to influence and shape the direction of breakthrough creative that drives results and makes the Capital One Brand easy to remember and easy to choose. **What you’ll do** **Enable creative leaders and teams to do their best work** + Lead and inspire the team in the initial strategy development of insight-driven creative + Review and approve new creative proposals. You also know when you’re not and need to find one + You use all this - to make things happen, create amazing work and inspire others **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree or military experience + At least 5 years of experience leading creative teams **Preferred Qualifications** + Has a creative portfolio that includes produced work for large, integrated marketing campaigns + 7 or more years of experience as a Creative Director + 6 or more years of experience directly managing a creative team + Experience at a large in-house creative team + Experience working with a Fortune 100 brand At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $172,900 - $197,300 for Sr. Manager, Creative Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
