About the Role

Support on individual projects or initiatives to deliver strategies of Life, Health and WAM across LBUs by localization of strategy, design of operating model, lead integration/business buildouts

Roles and Responsibilities: ​

Lead development of deliverables for  localization of corporate strategy, Target Operating Model, integration plans, governance modelsSupport in development of frameworks/approaches to enable  decision makingSupport post merger integration / strategic business build outs projects for specific workstreamShape and develop strategic narratives and presentations

Minimum Job Requirements:

8+ years Experienced business professional from top management consultancy firm or financial servicesTrack Record in supporting large scale (e.g. group-wide, multi-market) projects or initiatives into execution phaseSolid experience in delivery and project management, including associated tools, frameworks and methodologies. Insurance, Healthcare and Wealth and Asset Management across Asian markets is desirable
