Job Description
This key position within the Growth Marketing team is responsible for supporting the digital go-to-market (GTM) strategy and customer segmentation. The role focuses on audience targeting, messaging, and distribution planning, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
GTM Campaign Strategy: Develop digital campaign strategies across email, account-based marketing, paid search, advertising and other channels. Collaborate with execution-focused teams for campaign delivery, measurement, and refinement. Messaging Development: Create annual cross-audience messaging plans to position UPS as an industry leader and trusted partner for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), promoting innovative solutions and increasing customer engagement. Audience Segmentation: Plan and execute campaigns aligned with GTM archetypes (sales- and non-sales-aligned), leveraging UPS data for effective segmentation and messaging throughout the year. Campaign Innovation: Identify, conceive, and test new campaign ideas to drive revenue growth, retention, and reduced customer churn across digital channels. Program Evolution: Utilize innovative thinking to improve digital marketing programs that encourage cross-sell and upsell opportunities while enhancing brand consideration. Measurement Collaboration: Partner with distribution teams to implement advanced campaign performance metrics and reporting tools. Digital Campaign Execution: Ensure timely delivery of campaign tasks through detailed project planning and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor spending, and provide accurate financial reports to leadership. Team Development: Support direct reports (if applicable) through coaching, performance evaluations, and identifying growth opportunities. Strategic Influence: Impact business processes, campaign priorities, and success metrics while managing multiple projects of moderate to high complexity. Collaboration: Work closely with Growth Marketing leadership, channel owners, agency partners, and cross-functional business stakeholders.Ideal Candidate Profile

Additional Skills and Knowledge
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms. Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
