Senior Manager, Growth Operations - Remote Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Growth Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across our newly acquired and newly opened centers, ensuring centers meet performance standards from start to integration into the broader company fleet. Collaborating with the Center Success team, you will develop and implement success plans and lead a team of field operators, working closely with field and business partners to streamline processes, enhance communication, and ensure consistent execution in the field. 


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Provide on-site, hands-on support to the team and leadership, helping centers advance towards graduation into our core fleet.Oversee the graduation process of centers into the KinderCare system, running partnerships and brand integration.Allocate Growth Delivery Business Partners to support centers in achieving operational excellence.Build reports to supervise center progress and show measurable impact across the portfolio.Ensure the team develops consistent field delivery models that support key company initiatives like Digital Transformation, Government Advocacy, and Wage Investment Strategy.Set clear, measurable objectives, supervise progress, provide feedback, and ensure project alignment with goals.Cultivate a collaborative and adaptable team environment to ensure timely project completion.Continuously review and refine processes to improve efficiency and performance. Qualifications: Ability to travel up to 75% 3+ years of experience in operations and process improvement in high-growth, multi-site environments, with experience scaling and managing projects across multiple locations. Proficient in PowerPoint and experienced in crafting and delivering presentations to senior leadership.Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.Shown experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Analytical approach with strong communication, presentation, and process improvement skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt in ambiguous environments.Strong interpersonal skills, with a humble, flexible, and approachable demeanor.Ability and appetite to lead and engage diverse and equitable teams
