What the day will look like 1. 마켓 및 고객사 분석 - 영업 대상 고객사가 속한 산업 및 소속 기업군에 대한 분석 - 신규 진입 대상 산업 분석을 통한 고객사 prospect 발굴 - 보험 산업 (기업보험, 재보험 등)에 대한 트렌드 분석 및 리포트 작성 2. 영업 전략 수립 및 이행 - 영업팀과 협의를 통한 고객사에 대한 서비스 및 영업 전략 수립 - 고객사에 upsales 기회 포착을 위한 actions (분석, 미팅 등), 리포트 작성 - 회사 주최 주요행사 및 컨퍼런스의 컨텐츠 구성 3. Tender support - 경쟁입찰의 제안작업 참여 - 제안서 스토리 구성, 작성, 취합, design 전반에 자문 제공 및 협업 4. Regional Initiative & Pipeline management - 신규 고객 유치 및 Upsales 유도를 위한 regional campaign 의 로컬 파트너로 기능 - 한국 내 Pipeline 정보 관리 Skills and experience that will lead to success Required • 보험업계의 구조와 특성에 대해 기본적인 이해가 있으신 분 (손보/생보사 근무 경험 또는 컨설팅 경험 등) • 영어로 기본적인 비즈니스 의사소통이 가능하신 분 • MS Office Powerpoint (& word / excel) 사용에 능숙한 분 (제안서, 리포트 작성 업무 多) Preferred • 영어로 원활한 비즈니스 의사소통이 가능하신 분 • 컨설팅 업계 경험이 있으신 분 • 손해보험사의 기업보험 관련 업무 경험이 있으신 분 • 보험중개사 근무경험이 있으신 분 How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
