Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Target key physician for business development and identification of models that suit their business and support retention or growth of business for both partiesSupport program agnostic digital projects that help streamline HCP workflow processes which include Innomar based digital solutions and public/private payer based digital solutionsConnect program teams (field facing) to Stakeholder/nursing/pharmacy teams to ensure key business intelligence is communicated, business opps maximized for models that support retention or growth of our businessProvide HCP product/solutions support, track adoption, and counsel on how to best utilize the tools to create a greater customer experienceTimely identification of KOL relationships at risk of affecting business operations, strategies to address.Use program intel and external resources to identify new HCPs that will be added or assessed further as business opportunities for InnomarAccountability to return on investment targets as determined in collaboration with Director, Stakeholder Relations.Management of territory budget, target planning including reach and frequency with clear objectives, identification of model per HCP, and tracking ROIDevelopment of territory business plan working cross functionally with nursing & clinics, pharmacy, programs and distribution;Timely completion of call entry, CRM management, and administrative tasks;Collection and communication of market insights as identified;

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Science, Commerce degree or equivalent;Proven track record of customer facing success in Pharmaceuticals, PSP vendor or related industries, with specific experience in Specialty Pharma (focus on Oncology, Immunology, Rare Disease, Respirology, Neurology);Solid understanding of healthcare industry and various stakeholders involved in the delivery of patient care across Canada;Minimum of 5 years of HCP relations-based roles or sales/promotions experience;Experience working with the biotechnical/pharmaceutical industry is a strong asset;Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
