About the Role

Delivery and implementation of the strategies on Quality Recruitment, Leader Development, Activation, and Productivity for Agency Sales in support of Next Gen Agency.

Leads Activation and Productivity activities by ensuring execution of programs for Agency Migration in his/her respective region.Drives leader development strategies in assigned areas such as promotion of new internal leaders, recruitment of external leaders, and promoting a culture of leader development within the assigned agenciesResponsible for end to end implementation of quality recruitment activities through a collaborative partnership with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion and growthEnsures end to end execution of agency management and governance in his/her respective region.Supporting the Zone Head in planning and implementing the company’s goals, targets and objectivesDevelopment and implementation of adequate sales tools, materials and events to support agency in enhancing profitable sales and activities.Building and maintenance of a strong relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally.Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time


Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalentWith minimum 10 years work experience in sales – corporate or its equivalentWith minimum 5 years’ work experience leading a sales distribution channel in a management capacityPreferably with work background in life insurance industryExcellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills.Strategic thinking and execution skillsDetail oriented, creative, ambitious, influentialMust be very willing to travel around the country.Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics
