Your Role
Join our dynamic Quality Assurance team as the CQV (Commissioning, Qualification & Validation) Head at our newly certified and highly digitalized Biotech Development Center. You’ll oversee QA compliance during engineering, maintenance, and digital activities, ensuring phase-appropriate qualification and validation requirements. Your leadership will inspire a quality culture, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement. You will guide a team of three. As a key stakeholder in CAPEX discussions, you’ll manage your budget, implementing effective CQV processes in a fast-paced environment. Together, we’ll innovate and enrich lives through science and technology.

 

Who You Are

Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a scientific field5-10 years in CQV activities within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors2-5 years of QA experience with strong cGMP and CSV knowledgeOver 2 years of people management experienceFluent in English and FrenchAgile and resilient in fast-changing environmentsPragmatic with a risk-based approachCollaborative and inspiring leader
