As Ops Manager of HBM Engineering, you are responsible to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization. The two primary goals are to free up engineering teams and management to focus on delivering their technical product related goals and to help ensure effective metrics are defined and supervised to achieve a BIC development model for HBM technology. There will be advised work, but this position requires self-direction and mentorship to the team on how to become operationally efficient and conscientious to internal and external customers. You will also be encouraged to provide strategic feedback as part of the HBM Engineering Leadership Team.
