The Senior Manager of Culture & Development will be responsible for managing a portfolio of programs to ensure our values and behaviors are well known and that we create an experience for our colleagues that aligns with our values and behaviors.
**_This role is based at our Corporate Offices in Sleepy Hollow, NY, hybrid working with 3 days onsite required. This role is not open to fully remote work._**
**As a Sr. Manager, Culture & Development a typical day may include::**
+ Integrate culture content and practices in core HR processes such as Talent Management.
+ Facilitate, coordinate, and continuously improve our core culture programming: such as Culture Labs, Regeneron Connect, and Employee Assimilation programs
+ Integrate culture content into other C+D areas as required (i.e. in partnership with Learning & Leadership Development, OE / OD, etc.)
+ Analyze Regeneron's culture data to build a data-driven, continuous improvement approach for our culture programs
+ Write and maintain content and communications strategy to embed a cultural experience during the critical moments that impact the perception of culture, such as: exit, onboarding, etc.
**This role may be for you in you have:**
+ Expertise in Facilitation, Employee Engagement / Communications, Talent Management and / or Learning & Development
+ Clear and effective communication skills with creative approaches to employee engagement and stakeholder management.
+ Proven experience in working directly with Senior Leaders and key external partners.
+ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship development skills.
To be considered for this role you must possess a Bachelors or Advanced Degree (Masters preferred) in an applied social science (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior) or related field. 7-10 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, employee experience, learning and development, etc. with clear progression and proven experience in designing, executing and managing employee development and culture programs.
