About the RoleThe Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with ourAI & Innovation and Corporate Functions business units within Netspend to provide strategic HR counsel and support. This role requires a broad scope of HR expertise and a proactive approach to planning and managing day-to-day HR activities.
As a key member of the HR team, you will handle a variety of responsibilities across the employee lifecycle, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic consultation and coaching to frontline leaders.
Partner with marketing leaders to design and implement organizational structures that support business goals.
Guide talent management initiatives, including talent reviews and building a high-performing marketing organization.
Enhance manager capabilities through coaching and the implementation of management development programs.
Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and develop solutions to align with business objectives.
Deliver HR counsel and a full range of generalist services within the company’s HR operations framework.
Support annual HR processes, such as performance reviews, calibrations, employee survey action planning, and compensation administration.
Lead or contribute to ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
QualificationsProven HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced organization.
Strong ability to design, implement, and manage new HR initiatives.
Expertise in facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer service.
Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational acumen.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Confidence in navigating ambiguity and delivering clear solutions.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to translate it into practical HR guidance.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
