We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Manager with a strong background in agile methodologies to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IAM department, ensuring that our systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the IAM operations team, providing leadership, guidance, and support. Implement and maintain agile methodologies within the IAM department, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of our IAM systems and infrastructure. Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our data. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technologies and processes that will improve our operations and support our business goals. Capabilities to be managed: Enterprise vaulting, password reset tool, identity governance and administration, AD syncing, on prem and Azure (EntraID) AD, and others as added to program

Minimum Qualifications

Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise identity solutions, both on prem and SaaS.  A background in managing directory services.  Experience managing an agile backlog. Candidate should have a strong ability to prioritize.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on agile methodologies. Alternatively, candidate may possess an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong technical knowledge of IAM systems and infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
