Job Description

In this role, you will lead and execute high-impact strategies that drive sales performance and operational excellence for the IGT Systems portfolio. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Commercial Excellence and Strategy, you will oversee a range of initiatives designed to optimize sales execution, improve operational efficiency, and ensure world-class customer experience.

Your role:

Overseeing and implementing the IGTS (Image Guided Therapy Systems) compensation program, including designing plan structures, validating and testing incentive programs, deploying quota frameworks, and ensuring data accuracy.Executing the IGTS MBO (Management by Objectives) program, which involves creating metrics, building tracking mechanisms, administering incentives, and communicating with field teams.Designing and administering additional compensation programs such as SPIFFs, contests, awards, and annual total compensation target increase strategies.Managing field sales territory process, building and optimizing sales deployments, maintaining customer to territory and territory to person mapping, etc.Developing and enhancing dashboards, analytics, and tooling to facilitate, enable, and improve sales operations projects

You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or finance, with a strong focus on incentives, territory management, data integrity, and sales analyticsYour skills include Anaplan experience, other ICM platforms, Salesforce.com; familiarity with Python, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus; Expert level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other business tools.You have a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with all levels of the commercial team; poses a proven sense of urgency, personal accountability, and a track record of delivering high-quality results for sales teams.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $127,500 to $165,000. 

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here. 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth MN and Colorado Springs CO.
