HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Manage employees engaged in providing information system solutions and technical support in one or more functional areasMange a direct team of admins to ensure systems are properly maintained and configured while working with cross functional groups to implement customer solutionsWork with security team to ensure all security requirements are met and documented. Works with infrastructure as code building CI/CD pipelines, from a greenfield scenarioDevelops schedules and assigns work to meet critical customer or organization deadlinesEnsures that proper records and other documentation are maintainedAssist team with troubleshooting and work through resolutions


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experienceRequired Experience: 5+ years of related experience managing and leading technical teamsRequired Technical Skills: Experience with deploying solutions in Cloud/IaaS environments such as AWS and Azure; Experience managing systems and applications in a complex environment running on both Windows and Linux; Has a technical understanding of Backup and Recovery, Cloud Storage, Linux, and Networking to guide solutions required to meet customer needs; Extensive knowledge of Linux Administration and Engineering; Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

Security Clearance Level: No clearance needed

Required Skills and Abilities: Has an aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting to assist teams during issue resolution

Preferred Skills: Experience working with and automating enterprise scale infrastructure and virtualization technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.; Experience working with monitoring tools such as NewRelic.
